Every app adds ordinary Shopify order tags, so you can filter your Orders list by priority, owner, stage or checklist progress, save each filter as a view, and use the tags in Shopify Flow.
Use Cue to see where an order is, and Ticklist to see what has been done on it. When the order is paid, Stub gives your customer a VAT receipt they can download themselves.
