Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use our website and install our Shopify apps and extensions for other platforms.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms ("Terms") apply when you use our website or install and use any of our apps or extensions. Please read them carefully. By installing or using our Apps or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" means that business.

1. About us and these Terms

Our website and Apps are provided by Zieasoft Limited ("Zieasoft", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11358998, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF.

These Terms apply to all of our Shopify apps and to all of our extensions for other platforms, now and in the future. An App's listing or help page may include extra terms for that App. If they conflict with these Terms, the App-specific terms apply for that App.

These Terms do not apply to Easy DOC Builder or ArtworkDesk, which have their own terms on easydocbuilder.com and artworkdesk.com.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

2. Meaning of key words

  • "Apps" means our Shopify apps and our apps, plugins, add-ons, extensions and integrations for other platforms, including their updates, documentation and related services.
  • "Platform" means the third-party platform an App runs on or connects to, such as Shopify.
  • "Store" means your store, site or account on a Platform.
  • "Your Data" means the data and content in your Store, or that you or your customers provide through an App.
  • "Plan" means the version of an App you choose, including any free plan, trial or paid subscription.

3. Using our Apps

Our Apps are designed for businesses. You must have a valid account on the relevant Platform and keep to the Platform's own terms. You are responsible for your Store, for anyone you give access to, and for keeping your Platform login details secure.

Subject to these Terms and payment of any fees, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use each App for your own business, for the length of your Plan. You may not sell, sublicense or resell an App, or use it to provide a service to others, unless we agree in writing.

4. Platforms and third-party services

Our Apps depend on Platforms and other third-party services that we do not control. Platforms may change their features, APIs, policies or prices, or suspend access, and this can affect how an App works. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt our Apps, but we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or actions of any Platform or third-party service. Your use of a Platform is governed by your agreement with that Platform.

5. Plans, fees and billing

Prices. Each App's prices and Plans are shown on its listing in the Platform's app store, on our website or inside the App.

Shopify apps. Fees for our Shopify apps are billed by Shopify on our behalf and appear on your Shopify invoice, in the currency Shopify uses for app charges. Shopify's billing terms also apply. Usage-based charges, if an App has them, are shown before you approve them.

Other platforms. Fees for extensions on other platforms are billed through that platform's marketplace or directly by us, as stated on the extension's listing.

Renewals and cancellation. Paid Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by downgrading to a free plan (where one exists) or by uninstalling the App. Cancelling stops future charges.

Refunds. Fees already paid are not refundable, including for part of a billing period, unless the law requires otherwise, a Platform's policy requires it, or we decide to give a refund (for example if an App fails to work and we cannot fix it).

Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any increase to a paid Plan you already use, and on Shopify you will be asked to approve the new charge. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes that apply, other than taxes on our income.

6. Free plans, trials and beta features

Some Apps have free plans or free trials. When a free trial ends, the paid Plan you selected starts automatically unless you cancel or uninstall before the trial ends. Uninstalling and reinstalling an App does not restart a trial. We may change or withdraw free plans with reasonable notice.

We may offer early access or beta features. These are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may not be supported.

7. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • use an App in breach of any law, a Platform's terms or the rights of others;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of an App, except as the law allows;
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt an App or our systems, or try to get around usage limits or security;
  • access an App in order to build a competing product, or use automated means to scrape it;
  • use an App to store or send material that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing or contains malware; or
  • misrepresent who you are or your connection with us.

8. Your data

You own Your Data. You give us permission to access, store and process Your Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Apps, and as described in our Privacy policy.

Where an App processes personal data about your customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor. We will process that data only on your instructions (given through your use of the App and these Terms), keep it confidential and secure, use only service providers bound by suitable terms, help you respond to your customers' requests, tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach affecting it, and delete it when you uninstall the App as set out in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you ask the App to process and for telling your customers about it. A separate data processing agreement is available on request.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important Store data. When you uninstall an App, data held by that App will be deleted as described in our Privacy policy and cannot be recovered afterwards.

9. Support, feedback and feature requests

We provide support through our help centre at help.zieasoft.com and by email at [email protected]. We aim to reply within [2 working days], but response times are not guaranteed unless your Plan says otherwise.

You can suggest ideas and vote on features at feedback.zieasoft.com. Votes, roadmaps and status labels show our current plans and are not a promise to build or deliver any feature by any date. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you. Do not post confidential information on the feedback board, as posts can be seen by others. We may moderate or remove posts.

10. Changes to our Apps

We regularly update our Apps and may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. We may stop offering an App; if we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice where possible and will not charge you for any period after the App stops working.

11. Intellectual property

We, or our licensors, own all rights in the Apps, our website, our documentation and their content. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you, other than the licence in section 3.

Zieasoft is a registered trademark of Zieasoft Limited. You may not use our name, logos or trademarks without our written permission. Shopify and other Platform names are trademarks of their owners.

12. Warranties

We will provide the Apps with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, will work with every theme, app or setting in your Store, or will meet your specific needs. You are responsible for checking that an App's results (for example prices, content or orders it changes) are correct for your business.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that:

  • we are not liable for any loss of profits, sales, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss; and
  • our total liability to you for all claims arising from or connected with these Terms or the Apps in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for the App concerned in the 12 months before the claim arose, and £100.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including Platform outages or changes, internet or hosting failures, cyber attacks, or acts of government.

14. Indemnity

You will compensate us for any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from Your Data, your Store, or your breach of these Terms or the law, except to the extent caused by our own breach.

15. Suspension and ending these Terms

You can stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or end your access to an App, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, do not pay fees when due, use an App in a way that could harm us, other users or a Platform, or if a Platform requires it. We may also end these Terms for an App we stop offering, as described in section 10.

When your access ends, the licence for that App ends, any unpaid fees become due, and Your Data held by the App will be deleted as described in our Privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (including sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18 and 19) continue to apply.

16. Using our website

You may view and print pages from our website for your own use. The information on our website and in our help centre is for general guidance and may change. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email or inside the App. If you keep using the Apps after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you can uninstall the App before then.

18. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms (with our Privacy policy and any App-specific terms) are the whole agreement between you and us about the Apps and replace any earlier discussions.
  • Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example if our business is sold. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • Notices. We will send notices to the email address linked to your Store or account. You can send notices to [email protected] or our registered office.

19. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
