At help.zieasoft.com you'll find step-by-step guides and answers to common questions for each of our Shopify apps, starting with Ticklist: Order Checklist. If you can't find what you need, you can send our support team a message from the help centre and we'll reply by email.

Ideas and roadmap

At feedback.zieasoft.com you can suggest a feature, vote on other people's ideas and see what's planned. It's also where we'll post what's new in each update. If there's a platform you'd like us to build for next, this is the place to tell us.
